When can I start?

Today. The Leader’s Guide to Emotional Intelligence is an online course that is ready to go whenever you are. As soon as payment is made, you will receive access to the first module.

How long with this course take?

There are three modules, and you can expect to spend about 1 hour each week watching the video's, and about one hour each week doing exercises and activities. So, to get the full impact, expect to spend about 2 -3 hours each week with the material. You can start and stop the course whenever you want, so even if you only have a small amount of time each day, you can still complete the course. After you complete the first week's material, the second week will be available 7 days after that, and the 3rd week 7 days after that.

Can I really get a full experience online?

Absolutely! Using video and slideshows, I’m delivering the best content I’ve developed on EQ through years of one-on-one and group sessions with more than 500 clients. Additional real-life exercises and worksheets help you put the concepts into practice immediately.

Will I need any special equipment or materials?

If you have a computer with an internet connection, you should be set. All modules will be delivered via email with links to the online materials.

What if cost is an issue for me?

We’ve worked to make this program as affordable as possible. For much less than a single coaching session, you’ll get my full expertise at a fraction of the cost —and without the price tag of a conference, hotel room and flight.

I’m not convinced EQ is necessary in leadership.

After years of seeing leaders struggle and excel in business, I know that EQ is the inside track to becoming the kind of leader people want to work with. But there’s no risk to you. If you’re not satisfied, let us know within the first week, and we’ll refund your money.

What if I need more support?

No problem. You can contact me directly with questions, and I also offer individual coaching, including emotional intelligence self assessments, emotional intelligence 360 degree (multi-rater) assessments, one-on-one coaching, and in-person training workshops.
